Ramp

Wij konden het appartement niet in. De eigenaar beweerde dat hij aan jullie had doorgegeven dat het appartement niet beschikbaar was. We stonden op straat met twee kleine kinderen. Uiteindelijk een veel te duur hotel genomen. Ik had al betaald en wil mijn geld + schadevergoeding terug.
