Unfenced property with the vacation rental and the owners’ home; shared swimming pool (1.50 m deep, flat-bottomed with Roman steps, 9 m x 4 m), secured with a cover bar and fence; ping-pong table; outdoor games (pétanque); garden table; parking. Bath towels, sheets, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
