Refurbished studio with the possibility of 4 beds (but preferably 3 given the configuration of the studio) located in a quiet residence, beach 5 minutes walk, Villers 2000 shopping center 4 minutes away, free shuttle to the city center (5 minutes). Paleospace 3 minutes away, large lake nearby, with rosalie rental.
It consists of:
- an entrance a living room with 2 quality sofa beds for sleeping,
- a kitchen area equipped with: refrigerator, electric hob and microwave/grill, Nespresso coffee machine
- a shower room with toilet
Linen (sheets, towels) is not provided. Cleaning is to be carried out, by you, at the end of the stay. An end-of-stay cleaning option is offered at €40. Pets are not allowed.

Weekly rental:
- 300 euros in May and June, September
- 440 euros in July
- 490 euros in August

Hébergement propre et bien équipé.Les hôtes très accueillant et chaleureux que ce soit au téléphone ou en face.Situé dans un lieu assez calme est vraiment pas lon de la plage a pied a peine 5min.Canapé lit très confortable.
