Between comfort, elegance and authenticity, this exceptional property invites you to experience unique moments in a privileged setting, where each sunrise and sunset becomes a spectacle. An ideal place for an unforgettable holiday, with your feet almost in the sand.

The villa, with a surface area of 250 m², opens onto a spacious entrance hall which leads to a magnificent living room. The double living room, both refined and friendly, invites you to relax while enjoying the natural light. The large kitchen, fully equipped and furnished, is a perfect place to prepare good meals with family or friends.

On the first floor, you will find two sumptuous bedrooms. The first, with a 180x200 cm double bed, has a private bathroom with bathtub and toilet, providing an ideal relaxation area. The second, larger bedroom has a 200x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub and toilet.

On the second floor, a landing leads to a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. You will discover three other bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200 cm and the other two with double beds of 180x200 cm, thus offering spacious and comfortable spaces for the whole family.

Outside, the property invites you to enjoy several furnished terraces, where you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. These outdoor spaces are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, a brazier for warm evenings, as well as a barbecue and a plancha for your outdoor meals. The mature garden, with a vegetable garden, offers a peaceful and natural setting, ideal for relaxing. In addition, the villa has private parking spaces, guaranteeing your comfort throughout your stay.

This villa is the perfect place for unforgettable moments with family or friends, between luxury, comfort and natural beauty.

At MyPacôme Conciergerie, babies are welcome! However, no equipment is available on site. For more comfort, we offer adapted equipment for rent, delivered and installed before your arrival:
- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night
- High chair: 10€ per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night

To ensure that you make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: massage at home, home chef service, delivery of aperitif boards, wine testing + aperitif board, car cleaning, bike rental and much more. In addition, thanks to our wellness partner, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with the rental of a jacuzzi, available from €290 on weekends (subject to availability). Do not hesitate to contact us for any request before your stay.

Upon arrival, beds will be made and towels, bath mats and dish towels will be at your disposal. Bathrobes and slippers can also be provided upon request, at an extra cost.

Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
