There is also a utility room/laundry room, a private toilet, a shower room, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm).

The upper floor is not accessible and is not furnished.

Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers. A carport is available for your vehicle, and there is also a closed area for storing bicycles or equipment.

A private, unfenced plot of land is currently being developed next to the owners' house, which is under construction.
