The neighborhood: You can of course find any type of business nearby (tobacconist, newsagent, bakery, mini-market etc...)

Foodies will enjoy coming to Villeneuve-Sur-Lot, as you will have access to markets throughout the week:

On Tuesday mornings, all year round, the large market takes place on Place de la Libération (food) and Boulevard Palissy (textiles).

On Wednesday mornings, Place d'Aquitaine takes place an exclusively organic market.

On Saturday mornings there is another large traditional market on Place Lafayette (fruit and vegetables) and Parvis de St-Catherine's Church (food & textile).
