Sleeping up to 8 people, this villa features 4 bedrooms with double beds, two full bathrooms, two half-baths, a glass-enclosed living room overlooking the outdoor pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace, and 900 m² of grounds featuring an infinity pool secured by a fall detection alarm. A television and free Wi-Fi are available. A small parking area can accommodate up to 3 cars. A variety of board games and musical instruments (guitars and a piano) are available for respectful use.

This villa is rented solely for recreational purposes and under no circumstances for professional use. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is intended for families or friends wishing to enjoy the surroundings and the sunshine. Guests may enjoy themselves here without causing a disturbance, out of respect for the neighborhood.

Check-in begins at 5:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 10:30 a.m.
