Our cottage is nestled in the heart of the Aveyron countryside, in a quiet and green environment. It is located only 2 km from Villeneuve-d'Aveyron, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. You can also get there on foot by taking the surrounding hiking trails.
Outside, you will enjoy a private enclosed area, a terrace and a balcony offering a pleasant view of the countryside. The swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) is to be shared with the owners.
Inside, the cottage has a large warm living room. An authentic stone scullery houses the household equipment: microwave, mini-oven and dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a bench seat and a TV.
The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and bunk beds for 2 children. Upstairs, a second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and the toilet is separate. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
We live in the same hamlet, while preserving your tranquility thanks to the absence of vis-à-vis. You will also be able to meet our cats and our donkey, which contribute to the charm of the place.
The cottage is ideally located to discover the region: Rodez and the Soulages Museum are 50 km away, Aubrac is 100 km away, the castles of Belcastel and Bournazel are 20 km away, Najac is 20 km away, Cajarc is 15 km away and the Foissac caves are only 8 km away.
