This former independent barn, lovingly renovated, is located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marshland landscape. A pond lies at the foot of the cottage's terrace (partially fenced) and is shared with the owners. The 1-hectare outdoor area is unfenced and offers superb views of the marshes. A small private terrace is accessible from the kitchen. Secure parking with an electric gate is available. An above-ground swimming pool is shared with the owners (open from June 5th to August 30th).

Ground floor: living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen (induction hob).

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room/WC (1: 160x200cm bed, 2: 3 single beds 90x190cm). Washing machine and dryer in an outdoor area.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD player, baby equipment. Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linen (€48 for the double bed and €23 for each single bed), towels (€28 per person), mandatory cleaning fee (€85), and tourist tax.
