"At 315" is a 19 m² guest room in Villeneuve-de-Berg, southern Ardèche. You will stay in a private, detached cottage that you lock yourselves. The room has two single beds and a bathroom separated by a sliding door for added privacy. Enjoy mountain views of the Coiron range, a fan, a smart TV with streaming services via fiber Wi-Fi, and a work area with a desk. Breakfast is included and features homemade jams prepared by your hosts and local honey. The room is not equipped for cooking or dining (no dishes or cookware).



The property runs entirely on solar energy with LED lighting. You have your own private garden and a 14 m² covered terrace. The outdoor pool, heated by solar panels, is private (3.5 m x 3.5 m) and reserved for studio guests from 29/05 to 15/09 (10am-8pm in summer, 10am-7pm in September).



Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome (one per stay) but must not be left alone in the room. Events are not permitted. The property and access are on one level. Public transport is available, but driving is recommended due to the distance from stations.



Your hosts live on site in their own home and offer additional cleaning service for an extra fee. The 3,000 m² property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by oaks and nature.
