The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary and the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bidet. You will have access to free WiFi and air conditioning to keep you cool. The spacious terrace offers an outdoor dining area with a panoramic view and a barbecue at your disposal. The smart TV is available for streaming your favourite programmes.



To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
