A charming, detached two-story townhouse consisting of a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garage. The garden, equipped with lounge chairs, a shower, and a portable barbecue, overlooks a large, tree-lined green area. The property was completely renovated in June 2020. The town center is just a few minutes’ walk away, and large supermarkets are nearby, along with bars and restaurants. The most beautiful beaches of Villasimius are just a few kilometers away. The quiet and private property is equipped with all the amenities—such as a dishwasher and air conditioning—that will make your vacation even more relaxing. The garden overlooks a large, tree-lined green area
The villa has a separate entrance. Our guests can choose to enter through the pedestrian entrance or directly from the garage located in the basement, which connects to the apartment’s garden via an internal staircase
