A cozy, newly built semi-detached house—spacious and beautifully finished—with a garden on three sides and private entrance, nestled in an oasis of tranquility and elegance in the shade of the Pepe Rosa. Its strategic location, close to the most beautiful beaches of Southern Sardinia, provides an enchanting setting for your unforgettable vacation.

The Space
The cottage is part of a residential complex called “Agorà,” with access reserved exclusively for guests; spread over two floors, it is tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities, including a TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, microwave, washing machine, and iron. Located just a short walk from the center of Villasimius, it is surrounded by numerous supermarkets, craft shops, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.

Villasimius

Ho soggiornato due settimane con la mia famiglia in questo villino poco distante dal centro paese. La casa è dotata di tutte le comodità, ha un bel patio con un barbecue. Si trova in una posizione strategica sia per la vicinanza di più supermercati, ben forniti e convenienti, sia perché si possono raggiungere spiagge stupende in macchina in poco tempo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche con i proprietari Marcello e sua moglie, disponibili ed accoglienti, che saluto con piacere.
