Tucked away on a quiet street only two homes away from the sandy path leading to lovely beaches and world-class sunsets, this coastal retreat combines modern sophistication with relaxed beachside charm. Just 15 minutes to the heart of historic Cape May or Wildwood boardwalk, there is never a lack of activities for all ages!With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths this home sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Welcome inside where the brand new open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space comfortably flows while giving ample space to lounge or enjoy meals with family and friends. There is a wine fridge, and a sleek microwave drawer and fully functioning gourmet kitchen. A cozy family room just off the kitchen, with queen pull out sleeper sofa, overlooks the fenced in backyard and pool space. There is a first-floor primary suite with a marble and tile bathroom. A charming powder room adds convenience to this level. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite full bath. Two additional guest bedrooms share a chic hall bath with a soaking tub. The front guest room offers a queen and twin bed and the back guest room offers two full side beds with twin pull out trundles offering comfort and elegance for family and visitors alike. For families the house is equipped with a full size rollaway crib located in the back bedroom closet. Additionally a portable pack and play crib, high chair, kids dishes and utensils are all available for use.Step outside to your own private oasis. The saltwater pool will be completed April/May 2026 and will be 14x28. There will be an outdoor living area with wet bar, mini fridge, and TV. The pool will remain open until mid October and can be heated for an additional fee. Tesla charger on the back of house is also available for use by guests.Well behaved pets 30 lbs and under are considered and must be approved prior to booking. Dogs are permitted on the nearby beach during summer months before 11AM and after 4PM as well as anytime during the off-season. Please be sure to let us know the age, breed and weight of all pets as they are subject to an additional fee.Pillows and blankets are provided. Guests will need to rent or pack their own flat sheets, fitted sheets, bath, beach and pool towels. Packages available at Linen Ladies (linenladies.com), which will deliver items on check in day. Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
