La propiedad es una cabaña de madera al interior de un condominio privado; amplia y cómoda, con dos baños y medio en el interior (1er. y 2do. pisos) y uno al exterior, cinco dormitorios, para recibir hasta 12 personas, cocina equipada, TV. por cable, Internet WiFi, en una parcela de 5000 m2, en medio de vegetación y arboles nativos. Posee una piscina privada, un sector de quincho, una pequeña cancha de baby fútbol, espacio de esparcimiento, caminos libres, donde hacer caminatas o utilizar bicicletas.
