The main floor features a living/sleeping room equipped with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and satellite TV, with direct exit to the terrace. Adjacent to this space, you will find 1 room without a window containing 2 beds, along with a kitchenette that includes 1 hot plate, an oven, and 3 gas rings. A shower and WC complete the main level. The upper floor houses 1 double bedroom and 1 additional room with 2 sleeping facilities, along with another shower and WC. The property offers both a balcony and a roofed terrace furnished with terrace furniture, providing views of the sea.
