Absolutely fabulous and unique semi-detached villa is located in the privileged and picturesque gated and guarded Residencial Vila Paradis, where all the houses are modern, minimalist, luxury style on the first line of Paraíso beach with three swimming pools, park, beautiful green areas and direct access to the beach. It is of a very recent construction based on the new standards of the building and new trends in interior design. Top quality materials used: marble floor with underfloor heating system, double glazing anodized aluminum stainless steel carpentry, Villeroy & Boch toilets, all automatic roller blinds etc.
In the Villa you can totally enjoy the open and interior rooms because starting from the thermal and acoustic insulation to the design of each one of them, every detail has been taken in consideration to satisfy the most demanding tastes.
