Welcome to our authentic apartment in a townhouse in the heart of Villajoyosa! This beautifully renovated corner house is the perfect base for exploring the town. You`ll be just a 300-meter stroll from the famous `Casas de Colors` and the main beaches. This place combines historic charm with modern comforts for a truly unique stay.

The spacious living room features a striking fireplace and original beamed ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The adjacent dining area and kitchen are perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, an induction hob and recycling bins. The smart dimmable lighting allows you to set the perfect ambiance for any occasion.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large queen-size bed (180 cm), while the second bedroom also has a double bed (180 cm), but with two separate duvets. The two modern bathrooms have spacious showers.
