We arrived but no-one helped with the bags, parked our car showed us to our room etc. the room is ok but quite dated and this is not a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was ok the food too and restaurant staff were really lovely.

An interesting, quirky place

Spacious rooms with balconys, an excellent pool and relaxation areas. High quality bar food, though the main restaurant for breakfast was also so busy we couldn't face the queues. The pool area overlooks a nudist beach, but there are good cocktails and if you visit at the right time of year - it's hot!

Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope. That’s an Uber ride . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were ok. Lots of mold on the lamp shades. Sure it means nothing, but does it? Does it really? A 5 star hotel with moldy lamp shades. Children are not preferred, yet the beach the hotel is on is a public beach. So the small kids aren’t screaming during dinner but they are the entire time you’re on the beach. And that makes it kinda suckie.

Lovely hotel in a quiet spot with excellent staff. Pool however is very small. Lovely rooms just been refurbished. Been here 5 times, super bolt hole.

Bad Service. Not Cool.

Service not up to the standard it should be for this caliber of hotel. Wanted to leave a day earlier on a 6 night stay, as business schedule changed, and was told that I couldn't and needed to pay for the whole stay upfront, immediately upon check in, because I booked through Hotels.com, instead of directly, in which case they would have accommodated me. Doesn't match their 24 hour cancellation policy. I requested to speak to the manager, who wasn't available until the next day. I paid one night and wanted to work it out with the manager the next day. Upon return at 7 the evening I was locked out of the room and my room wasn't made up. I was told there wasn't anyone available to make it up anymore, etc. etc. Issues and attitude just continued. Eventually I rescheduled my plans so I wouldn't loose the money for the last night that they insisted on because I booked through your service.
