We had a wonderful stay during the Easter holiday. The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza.

The hotel was lovely. However, my friends and I chose this hotel due to it's additional indoor pool incase the weather was not so good and could not believe we had to pay 15 euros to use it!!!! We did not want any other spa facilities, just the pool. Very disappointing , as the outdoor pool, however lovely, was too cold. Would not return for this reason.

Stayed first two weeks of April and it was the perfect time to be in the Algarve. The Crowne Plaza exceeded all of our expectations. Room was clean, service and staff were on top of everything and helpful beyond! The outdoor pool was beautiful and the beach as close as we needed…. And it was lovely. The breakfast was very good and had many dishes to choose from. We only ate at the hotel for dinner a couple of times but when we did, the meal and service was excellent. Many other restaurants in the area if you only take the breakfast package as we did and had great meals for the 10 days of our stay! Definitely coming back here!
