It's ideal for couples or small groups of up to 3 seeking a quiet and accessible getaway in the Catalan countryside. The studio features a living-bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (1 in the garden), all on the ground floor for easy access. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (1 in the entrance), washing machine, books and board games, a crib, and 2 high chairs. There are fans but no air conditioning. Guests share with those from Ca l'Andorrà a large outdoor area: garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22), multi-purpose court, and changing room. The property has a third, fully independent unit with its own entrance, where the host’s family lives, with no shared spaces. Nearby, you'll find the Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana, a restored lake perfect for nature walks and birdwatching. There are also restaurants, local shops, and a riding club in the neighboring village, with public transport close by. You have 4 parking spaces and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services like breakfast, transfers, guided tours, and horse riding, available for an extra fee. Rules: No pets, smoking, or parties; quiet hours after 10 pm; no groups with members under 25; waste must be separated and removed. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay and are not changed during your visit.
