Important notice: the entrance hall and outdoor areas (garden, barbecue, pool, multi-purpose court, and changing room) are shared with guests of the neighboring Petit Ca l'Andorrà studio.



Surrounded by the tranquility of Vila-sana, Ca l'Andorrà is a spacious rural house welcoming families and groups of up to 9 to relax and enjoy the calm of Lleida. Spread over 2 floors, the house features a living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (one in the garden), plus a large terrace—perfect for outdoor meals or admiring the view—and a balcony. Amenities include Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (1 in the hall), washing machine, books and board games, a crib, and 2 high chairs. The house has fans but no air conditioning. The fireplace shown in the photos is decorative and not in use.



Outside, enjoy a generous shared space with guests from Petit Ca l'Andorrà: garden, barbecue, pool (open from June 22), multi-purpose court, and changing room. There is a third, fully independent unit with separate access on the property where the host’s family lives, with no shared spaces with rental units.



Nearby, you’ll find the Estany d'Ivars i Vila-sana, a restored lake ideal for walks and birdwatching. Restaurants, local shops, and an equestrian club are also close by. Public transport nearby. You have 4 parking spaces on the property and free street parking. The host can provide contacts for services such as breakfasts, airport or station transfers, guided tours, and horse riding, all available for an extra fee.



Rules: no pets, smoking, or parties; quiet after 10 pm; no groups with members under 25; waste must be removed and sorted. Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay and are not changed during your stay.
