The two-story villa offers plenty of space both inside and out for you and your family or friends to relax and enjoy your vacation.



The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, so that every room has its own private space—ideal if you’re planning to rent with different groups.



One bedroom is on the first floor and opens onto a private terrace with a beautiful view of the greenery. The other two bedrooms (the master and the children’s) are upstairs and share a sunny south-facing balcony.



On the first floor, a large living and dining area offers plenty of space to dine indoors, watch TV, play games, or relax by the fireplace on cool winter days.



There’s a small office area in case you need to work remotely during your stay. The Wi-Fi connection is very good.



The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. It has a large refrigerator and freezer, plenty of storage space, a washing machine, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and all the kitchenware you might need for cooking or baking.



The highlight of the villa is its peaceful and cozy south-facing garden. It’s sheltered from the north wind, which blows frequently in the summer; it’s quiet and private, with no direct views of neighboring properties and little to no noise from neighbors or the surrounding area. The beautiful lawn, the plants, a barbecue fireplace, and LED lighting in the evening create a cozy atmosphere for you to enjoy your meals and the company of your fellow travelers.
