Entire 110-square-meter apartment in the foothills of Valnure, in a vineyard-filled area.
The house is located just 550 meters from the provincial road but in a scenic location.
The apartment consists of an entryway, a separate kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, and dishwasher, a dining room, and a living room with a fireplace that opens onto a spacious veranda offering panoramic views.
The sleeping area, which sleeps 6, consists of 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed. The centrally located bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
An internal staircase leads to the laundry room with a washing machine, which also features a ping-pong table.
Bed linens and bath towels will be provided.
Wi-Fi is available, and there is a TV in the living room.
The house is suitable for families, even for extended stays.
The house is accessed via a paved courtyard surrounded by a flower garden, where you’ll find a wooden table with benches, a wood-fired oven, and a barbecue.
The house is surrounded by tall cedar trees, under whose shade there is a play area for children with a swing and a hammock. There is an organic vegetable garden and orchard, and a 10,000-square-meter lawn surrounding the property.
The house is located just 20 minutes from Piacenza and can be reached from Milan via the Piacenza Sud exit and the Piacenza highway loop. In the nearby towns of Vigolzone and Ponte dell’Olio, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, pizzerias, and restaurants. Indoor swimming pools are available, as well as outdoor pools during the summer season.
From the house, you can see the Nure River and its nature park. You can reach enchanting destinations for excursions surrounded by nature and visit ancient villages. In the summer, you can swim at various spots along the Trebbia River and at the waterfalls of the Perino River. Tourist and historical sites that are worth visiting and easily accessible include: Grazzano Visconti, Castel Arquato, Bobbio, and a number of castles, such as those at Rivalta, Rocca d’Olgisio, and Bardi.
