"The rooms on the adults only side of the property were updated. However, my room was constantly humid and made my clothes and the bed linen feeling damp although the a/c was on. Another issue was an infestation of bugs in our room. When we complained they said the were rain bugs. We did not see them on the first couple of nights when it was dry but only saw them when it rained. Housekeeping did come to our room to clean the bugs from the walls and the floor. The amenities at this hotel were wonderful. Lots of pools including a lazy river and water slide. The restaurants were great and loved the themed nights where dinner was served by the pool and lots of entertainment. As with many other islands, there was an issue with the sargassum so the beach was unusable. I did see they had a shuttle to other nearby beaches but we did not take advantage. Other than the humidity issue in our room and the bugs, this hotel was great. Staff were also friendly and attentive."

"The resort was beautiful, and I loved the swim-out pool from my room. The buffet was okay, but there weren't many food options. The restaurants you need to make reservations which was okay. The pools need more music and more time. But overall is was beautiful."

"My stay was very enjoyable, the staff were very pleasant and very accommodating I was able to do late checkout for about 4.5 hours and it only cost $60, i will defintely recommend here and stay again, only thing I will stay at the Resort next time as it is beachfront, but they provide hourly shuttles from 9:30 am to the resort from any of their properties which is great."
