A newly renovated 25 m² studio that can accommodate 4 guests in a vacation rental complex, overlooking the saltwater lake for a truly relaxing getaway! You’ll have access to the complex’s two private pool areas and a private underground parking spot. You’ll be close to shops (supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, bike rentals, mini-golf, bars, and outdoor cafes...) and just 400 meters from the beach.
The apartment is located on the first floor. The rental includes bed linens and towels. You’ll also find the necessary cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a Seb steam cooker. The apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher.

Parfait !

Appartement très bien situé, tout se fait à pied : plage, baignade au lac, commerces, bars et resto ! Vue magnifique sur le lac marin, appartement très propre, très bien équipé et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce.
