Stayed here for most of my trip in Vientiane. Close by to Talat Sao was of my main reasons why I chose to stay here. Outside from the TV not working, everything was good from the staff to the service and breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again.

Management and staff are liars. Advertised online that the room sleeps 4 but when got to the hotel they said only 3 ppl and charged for extra cot in cash. A stranger entered our room and after reading google reviews they allow strangers to enter rooms often! Tested our room key on other rooms and it opened every room! Management agreed to refund last night stay as we gave more than 24 hrs notice but now didnt amswer exledias request to refund! Staff steals from own Management and safety not a concern, stay away!

Nice place!

This is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a month I feel so refreshed! Nice buffet and pool. Great place to recharge for a couple of days on your journey

Very good hotel for the price

For the price the hotel is very good. Breakfast was good with variety of foods. You get a lot of amenities in the bathroom literally everything you need, I didn't get so many things in much more expensive hotels. For the room it is getting little outdated and old but if you go to the hotel only for a sleep you won't mind older furniture. Shower pressure was good and water was hot too.

飯店員工亂七八糟的沒有打掃房間也讓客人進去、換房間，既然他的系統沒有設定導致房門打不開房間無法供電、按摩的小姐很沒有禮貌，直接躺在大廳上面在做按摩的時候一直在跟別人聊天吵、2樓的房間樓下是餐廳遇到客人唱歌的時候整間房間超級吵的無法入睡

A nice hotel in Vientiane

The location is good. It’s close to the most attractions in Vientiane. The room is spacious and clean though I would say the cleanliness can be improved further. The breakfast was really good taken into account the price. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cheap hotel with great comfort - but nothing more

1- SPA service very unpleasant. 2- Very noisy environment and no soundproof in the room so you ear very well what's going, above and on the floor. And outside is a very busy street. Bring your earplugs! 3- The refrigerator freezes everything no matter the setting. 4- The whirlpool bath didn't work. 5- There's a hole in the door, everybody from outside could have a pretty good peak of inside the room. 6- The lock doesn't work properly. When I had to open my door, it was quite a hassle. Took more than a minute every time. 7- I stayed there for 7 nights and they never changed the sheets on my bed. Also never cleaned the mirror behind the sink. Maybe it's out of respect but they never moved any of my things to clean the counter under. 8- Breakfast, basic and mainly flavorless. Everything in the room was outdated, but it was clean; my white socks were proof of that. So a lot of little things, but the bed was very comfortable and with earplugs, the sleep was very good. It's still a good choice if you don't expect a 3 stars north american standards, especially with such an attractive price.
