This hotel Attempted to a cancel reservation midway through the reservation stating that they overbooked and the refund will be returned to me in several days by Expedia, but when Expedia was contacted, they had no request for a cancellation or refund. Beware of of these type of devious behaviors from the staff here at ST HOTEL.

Housekeeping literally stood in my room looking over dirty linen instead of taking items to laundry and sort.. it was so embarrassing for my guest and I. I had to insist via translate that I had work to do and would like for them to actually clean and depart immediately. Disgusting treatment by most staff members. And was still expected to offer them a tip upon departure. Won’t make this mistake again Steer clear

Constant effort by staff to collect and overcharge additional fees even at the expense of truth and honesty Invading personal spaces without any accountability by staff Management could use quite a bit of basic hospitality training as every interaction was quite patronizing and unnecessary even for laos standards-beware of china owned hotels who’s bottom line often induce this profit over professionalism approach type of behavior Not all was bad as I was able to discover however a very Nice hotel just up the street where staff and facilities is actually great named Ali hotel. Enjoy
