Pleasant, honest staff (I left about US$50 in my pants and brought my clothes to the laundry - the $ was returned the next day with a smile). Had breakfast buffet every day while I was there dinner 2x and laundry = US$59, a bargain by any standard. The hotel is in a great part of town, close to the river and many shops and small, delicious restaurants, and local massage. Highly recommended.

I didn’t know how to make domestic phone calls in Laos. Mr. Bounmy was very helpful in calling for me and arranging taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is a very nice hotel, breakfast is well made and served, the gym, the pool and pool deck were beautifully done.

In diesem Hotel passte alles. Sauberkeit, ein sehr bequemes Bett, der große Pool und das tolle Frühstücksbüffet. Als wir in Vientiane am Flughafen angekommen sind, war leider unser Gepäck nicht dabei. Wir waren natürlich verzweifelt, weil wir ja erst am Anfang unserer 5-wöchigen Reise standen. Aber als wir im Hotel ankamen, zeigte sich Frau Leutmany an der Rezeption sehr verständnisvoll und mitfühlend. Sie gab uns Tipps, wo wir Dinge, wie Kosmetika und Kleidung kaufen können. Außerdem veranlasste sie, dass wir am nächsten Tag mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttlebus kostenlos zum Flughafen gefahren wurden um unser Gepäck abzuholen, das Gottseidank mit 24 stündiger Verspätung ankam. Falls wir wieder nach Vientiane kommen sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder ins Lao Plaza gehen. Können es absolut weiter empfehlen.
