In an old wheat mill, on the banks of the river "Seulles", this prestigious cottage of 750 m² includes 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, television (canal+), library. Adjoining the living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with large 5-burner gas stove, beer tap (barrels on request).<br>In the walled garden (no risk of access to the river for the little ones), a barbecue, garden furniture, Indonesian gazebo, a heated swimming pool during the entire opening period of 11.5x5.5m with sunbeds and shower.<br>A 45 m² discotheque-type room equipped with sound and light shows, with a pool billiards.
