Einfaches und günstiges Quartier

Lage am Stadtrand, dadurch längere Fahrt ins Zentrum usw. Wohnungsgrösse gut. Deckenleuchte unangenehm weißes Licht. Küche ok eingerichtet. Fenster zugig u nicht lärmdämmend Alles in allem ein gutes Preis leistungsverhältnis.
