The 60m² apartment is located in the 7th district of Vienna, in close proximity to the city center. In particular, the popular Volkstheater is only about 2 minutes away. This is the perfect location for everybody who wants to live central but still not in an overcrowded neighbourhood. In a small radius around the apartment, you will find some lovely restaurants and bars, which let you immerse in the typical Viennese life.

Like nearly all of our apartments, this one is ideal for long term rental as it in addition to the separate bedroom and living room it also has its own storage space and even a walk-in closet. The spacious corner bath invites you for an evening of relaxation. Nevertheless a calm courtyard view, the apartment is bright and offers plenty of natural light.
All our properties are within walking distance from the Vienna subway system. All major railway stations in Vienna are well connected to the subway network. From the airport there is a high speed train line (https://www.cityairporttrain.com/en/home) leaving every 16 minutes, which connects well to the subway system.
