Room safe was not working, hotel appears unkempt, toilet seat had feces on lid and was not cleaned well, overnight male concierge had an attitude and was not helpful. Hotel needs a makeover and major cleaning.

The quietest hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff are friendly and very helpful. As a solo traveller, the varied and wholesome hotel menu was welcome. Walking distance to Rathaus and centre.

Overall acceptable, nothing is outstanding or wanting to return to this hotel again. If your room is facing the street, it’s a a bit noisy. The room is a bit small compared to what I usually stay when i visit EU counties. We didn’t get breakfast at the hotel, because there are many other options near by. It’s centrally located close to most of what you want to see in Vienna.
