About this property

Studio with a Large Balcony and Art Everywhere! 10 minutes from downtown!

The accommodations are located right next to the Ottakring Brewery, in the heart of Ottakring. I live next door and (when I’m home) am happy to chat, have a coffee, or share a glass of wine. The living and sleeping area of the accommodations are approximately 20 square meters and is equipped with a record player and a selection of records by local Viennese bands. There’s a smart TV and a few board games. **Please note that this is not a 5-star hotel; some (very few) guests confuse the two.**
The accommodation
The apartment is part of my own home and has its own entrance, a private kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a private toilet. The accommodations are ideal for couples (all genders) and short stays of up to one week in Vienna. The only time you might run into me is on the balcony; when I’m home, I’m not unsociable, but if you’d prefer no contact, that’s fine too. Basically, we’re the kind of people who are: UNCOMPLICATED.

The apartment is very well connected. With bus lines 46, 2, and 44, you can reach downtown (Volkstheater or Parliament) in 20 minutes. There are many supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz, with their restaurants and market stalls, invite you to linger.

Great place to stay for a couple nights

It was a nice place, very homey. The process for check in and check out was very smooth. And it does not take long to get into the city area from the bus/tram lines.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit originellen Details. In der Küche ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahn-Haltestelle stadteinwärts direkt vor der Haustüre) ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
