A modern, stylish, and brand-new apartment. It was freshly renovated in 2022 and furnished with new, high-quality furnishings.

Centrally located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest subway station. You can reach the city center in 10 minutes, and there are numerous shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the immediate vicinity.

Vienna was once again named the most livable city in 2023. We look forward to making your visit to Vienna something truly special.
The Accommodation
The approximately 50 m² apartment features a spacious living and dining area that can also be used as a workspace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, various cooking utensils such as pots and pans…). The bedroom, which includes a closet, is in a separate room; the brick wall gives the room a special charm. The living room features a cozy sofa (with TV) that converts into a bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet. The apartment also has a washing machine.
