Seriously - no phone in the room

Would have been excellent five stars all around, but there was no phone to call the front desk. Seriously! What hotel room ever does not include a phone in the room to call for needs. Also no paper & pen. This may sound simple, but it was a problem for us as I was working and needed to take some notes - also realized after having opted out of room cleaning that I needed extra towels early one morning. Had to get dressed and go down to reception. I had emailed via the little iPad whatever the day before but got no response.

The Leonardo is only 5 minutes from Vienna Main Station, and with the train connection only 15 minutes from the airport. The U Bahn and buses provide good services to the city. The housekeeping is exceptional. An excellent choice of cooked and continental food for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very highly recommended.
