This hotel was located right at the main station when coming in from the airport which was great after a long day of travel - it was also an easy tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Vienna once we settled in. The rooms were clean, well-sized and the beds were comfy. All of the staff were friendly but the real reason for the 5 star review is Sara. She was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us great advice for our adventures in the city. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we checked in. She truly made our experience exceptional. When encounter someone like Sara who takes such pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests, it transforms a good hotel stay into a great one. Thank you!

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is extremely convenient. The only thing that may not be very satisfactory is the expensive parking fee, but I still recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The only advantages of this hotel are the location near many transportation options and the breakfast, which is good. Otherwise, I would not recommend the hotel. The room we received was in poor condition with many malfunctions. The major issue we had was with the sheets. When arranging the bed at night we found women's hair, which made us think the sheets were not changed prior to our arrival. We complained at the front desk, and they promised to replace them. When returning to the room in the afternoon, we found out they were not replaced. I've went to the front desk, and their only suggestion was to give us an alternative room. We refused, as we were due to check out the next day and it was too much of a bother for one night. I've asked for a sheet and replaced it myself! No sincere apology, no compensation. It seems that the staff didn't think it was such an issue.
