Hotel staff were very nice. We were on the top floor. Loved that the window fully opened to cool down the room. (Not safe for children though). Breakfast was lovely. Loved that it was right next to the train station. Perfect for being our stop between Budapest and Prague. All transportation is right there, along with grocery, drug stores, etc.

Great hotel with great breakfast right by Vienna's central station. My family and I felt very safe walking around in the evenings and we absolutely loved the location, the hotel and their breakfast. Their employees are very nice, polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there next time in Vienna.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. The main reason I took off one star was because the room needs a bit improvement on the sound proof. I was given a connecting room, so there are only doors separating my room and the next room. I could hear the people next room talking as if they were in the same room with me. The 3rd night I was woken up from my sleep around 11pm, when the people from next door came to their room (different people from previous night). I could clearly hear them talking, showering and then... ugh... It took a while before they became quiet and I could fall back asleep.

Hotel lovely and good location Room was good… basic & clean not noisy. Reception really friendly & helpful. Breakfast wasn’t very great , very basic American and did not cater well for Coeliacs ( GF ) Had hoped for more egg options other than cold boiled , no greens on salad bar and a fish of sorts like salmon would have been great as only basic cold meats and cheese. But a great location to hop trains and trams so worked for our stay.

Ideal location right next to the main train station. I loved the water bottle fill station - the bubbly water tasted so good. Service was very friendly. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and luckily, they were able to let us check in early. We were very grateful as we'd been traveling all night. The bed was a little firm for my liking but otherwise the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed a week. Excellent location near Wien Hauptbahnhof or Vienna Central Station. Desk Staff were very professional and pleasant. We were able to ask them to store our luggage for 4 days when we made a trip to Dubrovnik from Vienna. They have water available at the lobby but of course we need to return the water containers. However housekeeping was not as punctilious - toilet was not cleaned for several days, coffee cups were not washed and tea/coffee were not replenished regularly. They also do not include free breakfast which would have been a nice perk and drawing power.
