Nice clean & big 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Tram right outside made it super easy to get around. Nice Italian restaurant next door.

TrĂšs bel appartement mobilier moderne, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, la chambre penthouse est idĂ©al lorsque nous voyageons avec des enfants. Emplacement idĂ©al lorsqu’on vient en voiture. Petit dĂ©faut fauteuils de salon et chaises de salle Ă  manger pleins de tĂąches (pas Ă©vident de les gardĂ©es propre lorsque les meubles sont de couleur clair, ce qui peut faire sale), la seul chose qui nous a manquĂ© dans notre appartement est un grille pain. Attention le parking est hors de prix (39 eur par jour) et ne dĂ©pend pas de l’hĂŽtel mais trĂšs pratique surtout dans le quartier oĂč il n’y a pas de place parking. Le restaurant est excellent bonne qualitĂ© des produits. Je vous dĂ©conseille de prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner qui est hors de prix pour la qualitĂ© des produits proposĂ©s (jus de fruits mauvais, peut de variĂ©tĂ© de viennoiseries et pas extraordinaire, Ɠufs brouillĂ©s sec, pain Ă  dĂ©couper qui ne donne pas envie). MalgrĂ© quelques petits dĂ©fauts je conseille vivement cet Ă©tablissement nous avons passer un sĂ©jour magnifique.

Great property for family

Great location away from town , yet convenient to commute between places of interests. Room is compact but contains everything required for a pleasant stay. The pizza restaurant is always busy so I guess the food must be good. It is an ideal choice for family travelling together

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre a 15 minute tram ride from right outside takes you into the main shopping and cultural area. The front of the hotel does get road noise 24 hours. The area is industrial not scenic, but safe, with plenty of supermarkets a short tram ride or less than10 minute walk away. The local Spar satisfied what we needed. The Somerset is a great base to explore Vienna and the surrounding area, it's clean and functional as is Vienna as a whole. Internally there was no noise from other guests though the hotel was full. The kitchen area had everything you need to prepare basic meals though half our hob wasn't working at the time we visited. The shower and bathroom were spacious. The Aircon quickly sorted out the usual stuffy hotel room atmosphere on arrival and at night.The public transport system is fantastic, we bought a city centre ticket which covers buses trams and trains at €28 for a week absolute bargain but you will need an additional ticket €2.20 from the airport.If you do hire a car be warned the car park adjoining the hotel is €38 per day. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel it was a last minute change of mind for us from a city centre hotel and we weren't disappointed.

Loved the size and flexibility the apartment gave us. Easy tram to Karlsplatz and walking distance to Schonbrunn Palace. Overall a little further out, but the family size, quality of accommodation and the price far outweighed this. Very happy

One of the blinders were not working so light went into the room inthe mornings, I communicated it to the staf but it was not resolved. Water tank of the coffe machine was broker. I communicated to the staff and was not fixed

The property was exceptionally clean and spacious. It was beautifully decorated, contained all appliances you’d need to make your stay comfortable (iron, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc) and was located immediately next to the bus stop. It was walkable distance from the station and the reception team were really friendly.

I suddenly dicided to go on a family vacation only 2 days before departure, so I hurriedly looked for a hotel. I was introduced to this hotel by a friend, and it was very great beyond expectations. The hotel staff were kind and spoke English fluently. And most of all, the room condition was so clean and the room temperature control was perfect. I think I will definitely recommend this hotel the next time I visit Vienna again, or when I have a chance to advise someone. And as you know, being able to ride a tram like 62 or 62a right in front of the hotel is also a very important point.

Our stay was good but there is deferred maintenance that is obvious. - Kids playground not fully functional; upper deck and slide not accessible and closed off - bathroom - mirror off balance and wiring with install frame sticking from behind (it’s supposed to be a modern feature 
 it’s not) - bathroom - shower water temp regulator not functional, so we had alternating cold and hot water randomly coming through

Loved the family loft we had as a family of 4 with small children. Appreciated the laundry services available. The place itself is well kept and has a lot to offer. The rooms are modern and well designed. Would definitely stay here again

There was a connecting line to downtown Vienna right in front of the property and it was easy to use. It is made up of multiple "houses" where House 2 is the only "House" with inside access to the public parking garage. All inside areas of the property require access codes and it had cameras everywhere. It felt very safe for my family. The Family Loft was perfect for my family and the kids really enjoyed playing up there. The staff at reception were very kind and informative. If I am ever back in Vienna, I would stay here again. No need to look any further :).
