Wir waren über das Wochenende mit 8 Personen in Wien. Die Unterkunft sieht im Treppenhaus nicht sonderlich ansprechend aus. Die Wohnung allerdings war Top. Alles sauber und tolle große Zimmeraufteilung. Wenn man gerne das Nachtleben sehen möchte oder eine City Tour machen möchte ist man schon sehr außerhalb und ist auf Bahn, Uber oder Taxi angewiesen da es zum laufen definitv zu weit ist. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Tolle Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, die Lage ist gut für alle Ziele in der Stadt. S-Bahn Fußläufig zu erreichen in ein paar Minuten nach zwei Stationen ist man in der U-Bahn-Station Reumann-Platz. Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung war bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur Gold wert.

Wohngegend multikulti / Gute Lage mit ÖPNV

Für eine Städtereise gut geeignet. Allerdings sind viele Kleinigkeiten erneuerungsbedürftig. Betten und Zimmeraufteilung mit technischer Ausstattung waren gut. Hacken im Zweibettzimmer und Bad fehlten, Tischlampe konnte nicht mittig anschlossen werden und Ablagemöglichkeit fehlte. Gäste-WC Möbel und Wasserhahn müsste ausgetauscht werden. Einige Küchenschranktüren könnten ausgetauscht werden. Terrasse sehr gut / Sitzmöbel gehen so. Trotz aller dieser Kleinigkeiten, die leicht geändert werden könnten, haben wir uns für unseren 5-tägigen Städtetrip sehr gut gefühlt.
