Not a great experience overall. I stayed for 4 nights in Room 208, and the noise at night was constant—every five minutes or so—which made it impossible to sleep. I reported the issue to reception four times, but was told the hotel was fully booked and that a room change wasn’t possible. In addition, for the second room (Room 210), there was no hand wash in the bathroom. We reported this issue four times as well, but it was never provided. We had to use body wash to wash our hands, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, very disappointed with the service and lack of response to basic guest needs.

Great location, quiet rooms

Beautiful new (or renovated) condition, comfortable beds. However we had to call for luggage racks, an iron, and the hotel does not provide washcloths! That’s minor though - it’s very quiet between rooms, service (in English) is friendly, and it’s a great location near Karlsplatz where you can get all the metro lines. Cute coffee places and a pub across the street. Breakfast buffet is pricey but good if you’re hungry and it lasts you the day! Always pretty satisfied with Radisson Blu!

Hotel room is covered in feces..My door to balcony did not lock. Food was mediocre at best.. They did not change our bed for 4 days.. I purposely drop apple juice on bottom sheet so that he or she would change the sheets. Carpets were covered in piss and dog feces..What a hotel hotel..

The room was very clean, and everything was functioning as advertised. Hotel looks and feels brand new. Superior room amenities include a small fridge and Nespresso machine. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom transparent glass. Whoever is in the room with you can see you shower (but thankfully not using the toilet). This trend is not one I support.
