It’s conveniently situated within walking distance of the subway, shopping, bars, restaurants, clubs, and much more. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes by public transportation. The apartment is ideal for tourists, students, groups of up to 6, couples, interns, and expats. It is on the first floor, tastefully furnished, and offers all the essentials.

The apartment is at street level and was renovated and furnished to a high standard in the summer of 2022. Everything is new: the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area were custom-built and furnished with designer furniture.
Since the apartment was formerly a commercial space, the entry door (security door) is separate from the building’s main entrance. Access to the apartment is directly off the sidewalk. The access system automatically grants every guest 24/7 access to the apartment for the duration of their booking. Thanks to our burglar-proof blinds, the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer—eliminating the need for air conditioning—and is very well insulated and sufficiently warm in the winter.
The apartment is also “smart”: lighting, heating, access, blinds, TV, and more can be controlled via an app or the display opposite the front door as needed. Of course, everything can also be operated manually

The luxury bathroom exudes a private spa atmosphere, the kind you usually only experience in 5-star hotels. The elegant, large-format tiles are color-coordinated with the “Brushed Bronze” fixtures. You can relax both body and mind in the walk-in rain shower or the freestanding bathtub. A practical double sink and a TV round out the “feel-good” experience.

The apartment is located in Vienna’s 9th district, Alsergrund. The district is famous for the University of Vienna and several hospitals. Nearly 100.000 students are enrolled at the University of Vienna, making this district very lively. You’ll find plenty of bars and things to do here. Despite this, the apartment itself is located in a very family-friendly and quiet neighborhood, right across from a picturesque church.
