Strict adherence to 3 pm check in. Even for those of us who sat in the lobby since 9am because we had inter connections. Then at 3, They let anyone who spoke German to butt in line in front of people with children, as well as invalids in wheel chairs.

I found it abit silly that an airport hotel that has people arriving at all times does not have any counter service available till exactly 3pm

The property is literally across the street from the airport! But… the beds were not comfortable at all! The manager did switch our room to try and remedy our discomfort. Overall it was clean and convenient to the airport and had a breakfast buffet that you can pay extra for.

Property is nice that is i. Walking distance from the terminals. The only thing i have to say for a hotel located at the airport expected newer and facilities overall its clean but there is smell in the room and walls are all durty. Hotel located at the airport need bit of room renovation at and to be in better condition lobby i grwat but room wise not so happy for the price we paid.
