I am an exclusively pumping mother to a 10-month old child. Upon finding out that NONE of the rooms have refrigerators, I was denied a refund when attempting to cancel or reschedule my reservation. Apparently the inability to safely and quickly feed my child for the duration of my stay was not an acceptable reason for a $300/night USD refund or date change.

Pro: Check-in and check-out was fast and we get welcome drink coupon (for 1 cocktail/ mocktail per pax). Location is very convenient as we can just walk over to the airport. Good for one night stay/ transit kind. Con: We booked a family room for 4 which is not cheap (Me, husband and 2 teen boys). The family room we got was for wheelchair accessible kind, which means the shower area in the bathroom is open-concept with curtain only and that makes the whole floor very wet after bathing. There was also no kettle, cups or fridge in the room which makes it very disappointing.

Room was spacious. A family room is also an accessible room. Would have been nice to have some water available to drink in the room or tea/coffee. Nice ambiance as you enter the hotel. A very positive stay however the only negative I would add is that workmen were working in rooms above us from 8am which was annoying.

The shower at the Vienna airport moxy is possibly the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The room was very clean. The only thing missing is a kettle or coffee maker.
