This property is conveniently located near the Metro, making it easier to navigate Vienna, and the staff were outstanding. We will return.

Excellent location and friendly staff. But for the price the room was tiny, and they didn’t have a family room for us inspite of booking for 3 people. The sofa bed they gave was full of dust and dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

location was perfect. facility was clean and well laid out. only hitch was room was TINY. We were supposed to have a king “comfort” room but it was a letterbox with what looked more like a queen bed. To their credit, when i complained, they moved us to a “family suite” which had a slightly later bed and a small couch in the same size room (lol). Europe

Convenient location but basic

If your goal is to be close to a metro station then this is a great option. However, if you have luggage, there is literally no room for it in these rooms. Nowhere to unpack, nowhere to put your suit cases, just a few hangers but no drawers or shelves or space. Also worth noting, this was the only hotel on my 4 city trip without a coffee maker in the room. The hotel is directly next to the metro station though which was quite handy and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.
