The rooms are basic but cozy, with a mix of double beds, single beds, and sofas, furnished simply with clothes racks or wardrobes for convenience. Some rooms are ideal for solo travelers, while others suit couples, friends, or small groups. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests in total.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, though some rooms may experience light street noise.

The garden and patio are private outdoor spaces shared among guests.

The first room is 10 m², located on the ground floor with a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) for 2 guests. It’s bright and cozy, with a clothes rack and simple furniture to keep belongings organized. Easy ground-floor access makes it convenient for all travelers.

A 15 m² private room on the first floor (accessible by stairs) accommodates up to 3 guests and includes one standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a sofa that can be used as a bed (not ideal for bigger/taller guests).


Street parking is available at 3.40 Euros per hour from 9:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, and is free on weekends. For garage parking, "BOE Parkhaus Technologiestrasse" is located just a 13-minute walk from the address. Rates are 2.20 Euros per hour or 11 Euros per day.
