Good location in a quieter area of Vienna just a 20 minute walk to the museum quarter with underground stops nearby Can’t fault the hotel. Wonderful hotel in the arts district of Vienna, surrounded by excellent cafes, galleries and thrift shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable with quirky decoration, making it feel homely. Slightly in need of repair, my headboard fell off! Also something sticky on the floor beside the bed but neither detracted from my comfortable stay.

Loved the bar area seemed very popular, room was nice, had a mini fridge which was great. Asked for more towels on our second day they were quick in bringing them no complaints ! Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Also having air conditioning was a nice change as we don’t have that in the Uk !

The hotel is nice, the staff are nice. But if you want to drink water, there no coolers with water. You just feel that is missing. They ask you to agree not to clean your room and you shall get voucher to a beer or wine, but the voucher is for that same day, you do not know that. The location is great. Walked almost to everywhere by foot. The room was big enough, although it could have been great for a little fridge. On the TV, where no English channels at all, no Netflix or the availability to cast. Breakfast was good and tasty.
