The room was like 1000° it was boiling so I turned the thermostat down to 17 ° and put it on full fan bothing so in December had to open the window wide the noise from the street was very noisy then next morning after the worst night ever to complain the hotel reception guy said the thermostat is for summer only it should have been turned off without no signage stating this horrendous

Location was GREAT. Loved being close to the underground station. We would get pastry, do wherever we wanted and come back to our nice clean and comfortable room and then easily found good food and shopping. If we come back to Vienna we will stay there again.

Clean. If your room faces the backyard, beware of pegions that are everywhere. I found 2 of them in the room after I opened the window. The premium room was not premium! Too small and the bathroom tiny for an average person; hard to access the vanity (too narrow). Shower stall small even for an average size person.
