Staff was friendly and helpful. You can purchase concert tickets at the front desk. Location of this hotel is in old town close to everything. I was there a week and plan to stay there again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Royal. Room was very spacious and clean. The only issue I found was that the shower drain and slant of shower floor did not drain the water properly and ended up with a puddle outside the shower. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on 1st floor and rooftop were delicious.

Great start bad ending

My four night stay was wonderful. Nice staff, clean room and bathroom, centrally located. However, on the last morning, at 6:30 am, construction began right outside of my door. I had not been warned nor had I been offered to move to another room for the last night, which I would have gladly done to be able to rest well before a return trip to the U.S. Upon exiting my room, I noticed that all rooms on that floor were empty and that they were changing the carpet on the entire floor and rooms! When I complained upon checkout, the only thing they had to say what that they were sorry for the inconvenience...

Staff was incredible and very helpful with suggestions for activities in area and went above and beyond in service several times. Room itself was well appointed albeit a little quaint with the bed being a little uncomfortable. The main draw for hotel has to be its unparalleled convenient location right next to U-stops and St Stephen’s along with several excellent dining and shopping experiences nearby. I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone planning to stay in Vienna

Our Beds were hard. Construction to hotel after 8 am. Open shower caused a bit of a mess. Air conditioning not working. But staff was 10 star impeccable. Location was amazing and hotel was in an amazing location close to everything. Breakfast was elegant. Staff was beyond kind and amazing. Extremely clean id say spotless and shining.
