This Hotel has an excellent price for the location, is clean, staff is friendly, rooms are everything you need and more. Breakfast was a nice continenyal with good yogurt - a plus in my book! Bed is comfortable, shower is good. The elevator definitely has a mind of its own, and the hallways could benefit from carpeting/rugs as they can be loud. However, there were no noise problems at night so everyone was respectful of quiet hours. Overall a good place and a great location, convenient for everything.

Perfect location, right near public transportation and quick train to and from the airport. Lots of food variety in the area. 20minute walk to several major sites. Rooms are sparse but very comfortable. Great hot shower

Large room with shower and a living/eating area in a nice apartment building. Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, and very friendly owner - brought us a fan without us asking for one and gave us a sweet parting gift! Property is under some renovation with the lift and our room ceiling. Will stay here again!

Great Place to Stay!

Excellent service. Manager seems like he takes a lot of pride in his work. They are in the process of fixing up the place a bit. I'm sure it's going to look great soon.

The location was very good. 2 tube stations or a bit more than 10 minutes walk to Stephansplatz which is in the centre of Vienna. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful! The breakfast was included. Overall, we really had a nice stay at this hotel.

The only thing about it it was local. Close to everything. Staff was good. Elevator wasn’t working and they were on the 3rd floor. It never worked as long as I stayed. When I go up with my luggage no one helped me to carry or offered help when I’m leaving. Every floor had 26 steps so it was 26x3 every time I I went upstairs. It was very inconvenient because if I buy food or anything else I had to drop off then leave again so I was doing that 3/4 times a day. I’m 65 old woman. That was too much for me. When I asked why elevator doesn’t work I was told the owner doesn’t want fix. If I knew it wasn’t working I wouldn’t book. Also no A/C in the rooms and even fan wasn’t working. Breakfast was under average. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I trust Expedia for my booking as I always travel with Expedia booking but this was so disappointing.

The owner let me check in early and was friendly. The hotel occupies the whole second floor from what I saw. The only thing that concerned me was that the elevator did not seem to be working on my first day, so I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my luggage.

This hotel is out dated, they actually still use real keys. the place didn't even have A/C, you would be lucky if you got 2 people & their luggage in the lift at the same time, I didn't stay there it was way too uncomfortable, I looked at the room felt the heat and left. it should have been mentioned the their was no A/C August 2018
