This hotel was basic but so friendly, accommodating and comfortable that I would return! The place was spotless, the beds and pillows were also extremely comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk were all very helpful and friendly, they were kind enough to give us an early check in which made our day and stay that much better!

A decent mid range hotel.Nothing outstanding but equally nothing horrendous.Pretty quiet in terms of internal noise.Breakfast adequate but little hot food.Great location for Ubahn (Schwedenplatz) and. a few minutes walk to shops,bars and restaurants around Stephanpltz.Good value for money and would happily use again.

Hotel is in the center but still a quiet street. Staff is wonderful. They went to great length to explain intricacies of parking in Vienna. Hotel is a walking distance from museums and churches. A two blocks from hotel is Danube with a bunch of bars, restaurants. Everything was packed there until midnight.

We were disappointed with hotel. Pictures on line show roof top bar and restaurant. They have a restaurant area that is now closed since Covid. We were told owner does not want to spend money on his hotel. Breakfast was horrible compared to our last hotel stays during this trip. When asked about a banana they didn’t care. Limited selection. Simply said really disappointed for such a long trip from west coast Canada. Thinking it would be as good as the rest. Bathroom has no space at all for toiletries. No place for luggage maybe a carry would be better there. Not regular size for travelers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Location was good.

Nice hotel. Clean and recently renovated. Good continental breakfast. Location is superb - a few minutes walk to city centre and just 2 minutes walk from airport bus stop. Would certainly stay here again.

Everything was smooth, but we were 3 adults they put only 2 bottle of waters in our room and we asked for even one more they said we have to pay! Which was the first time I’ve heard sth like this in all over the world! But overall the hotel is beautiful, great location, clean and big rooms!
